Cypress Inn & Suites Washington by OYO

Awful... Soon as I walked in with my two kids cockroaches from underneath the doorway underneath the heater all over the place the TV was not working I ended up having to go set a friend's house not 10 minutes after I said flip into what I thought was going to be a decent day and stay with my children and myself being Mom. Very disappointed.

we rented 2 rooms. the first room, the heater did not work at all. my mom, who is 79 was frozen by the time we left. the 2nd room, when the heater was turned on it smell like it was going to catch fire so we turned it off and didn't have heat in that room either with a 10 month old boy. when we checked out, the lady at the front desk didn't care at all and said we should have told her last night. the phones didn't work and we were not going to front desk when we were all dressed for bed. The lady at the front desk agrued with us and SHE JUST DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. TRYING TO GET MONEY BACK BUT THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO ME. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

There was roaches everywhere! Water damage to wall in bathroom. The motel smells horrible! Very poorly ran! I would close this place down if I had anything to do with it!

The rate was cheap. Bed was okay

Bathroom was gross. Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Toilet leaking from the base.

This is the worst place ever! So gross and dierry. Looked nothing like the photos. I don’t think the place has been cleaned ever. Dirty sheets, bathroom was dirty, hair on floor, broken dresser with fake nail on floor. Screen was broken and no fore alarm. The lady at front desk was rude and told me she can rent it out if i want to leave. This place needs and will be reported

When we walked in the lobby it smelled like marijuana. Our room had bugs, severe water damage, dresser was broken, stains on the nightstand, bathroom door was dirty, air condition was off and the air was stale and damp feeling, there was tons of dust, a toddler’s sock, and chapstick behind the dresser. We checked in a little before midnight and had no where else to stay. We woke up early to someone blaring music in their car in the parking lot. My husband took a shower and told my daughter and myself to just wait until we got home because it was nasty. We quickly got dressed and left. When I went to check out, no one was in the office. I rang the bell multiple times as instructed by the sign, no one came.

There's dead roaches live roaches invested forsure front desk lady had the nerve to argue back with me . I believe they have people living there that brings the pest but no excuse to why the cleanliness is unbearable

I was in the room for about an hour before it started to stink. Plus the ac didn’t work so the room was showing 82 on the thermostat. Also, there is a $5 room key charge that’s refundable and hotels.com is generally good about advertising things like this. $5 is nothing but that little sign is probably not normal and when you’re carrying bags it’s not fun to have to find your wallet.
