Cypress Inn & Suites Washington by OYO

This place was dirty, horrible unkept and smelled like smoke. Our room had a used needle and syringe on the floor. It was definitely not a family hotel. Adult activities going on there. Never going back. We left after 30 minutes and didn't bother staying.

Roach infested, the air conditioner did work or cool the room, the furniture cloth was molded & dirty. The water in the bathroom had no pressure not even enough to shower. Recommend Expedia remove this property from its list immediately. Worse property i have ever experienced from Expedia

This was the worst experience in a hotel ever. It was gross and they have bugs.

Good place to stay for the night before thw Aurora fossil festival. Very affordable

Nothing about this place was good. If I could leave zeros stars I would.

I don’t think anybody cleaned the room before we arrive. There was trash on the nightstand. The phone was in the drawer with no hook up to call the front desk. The dresser was missing a drawer. The other drawer was half hanging and broken. The AC did not get cold all night. There was dirt and dust in the bathroom with holes filled with paper towels shoved into them. Everytime you moved in the bed the springs would make a loud noise. It was the worst hotel I have ever experience. It was so dirty.

Very affordable for anyone on a really tight budget!

No soap or small shampoo in the bathroom.

The manager requested a 5.00 fee for the key which seems unnecessary considering the property has some damage and is not that clean.
