Cypress Inn & Suites Washington by OYO

Awful experience. No blankets just 2 sheets and realized after showering there were no towels. Would not recommend this to anyone

Room needed refreshing, but had been cleaned, clean sheets, no bugs, a/c worked, water was hot, mattress was good, pillows were good, tv had channels, refrigerator & microwave in room. Desk attendant was nice.

There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The towel rack in the bathroom was detached from the Wall. The toilet seat cover was off the toilet There was no hot water. In the kitchen area as well as the main room, the light switches did not work In the kitchen area, the switches and outlets were uncovered, and there was an extension cord over the stove. If I done more research, I would never stay there

I didn't have the breakfast but my stay was enjoyable.

Could have been a bit cleaner, the bathroom needed a better scrubbing especially the bathtub!

We requested a non-smoking room, it was obvious from the moment we opened the door, it had been heavily smoked in previously. The smoke alarm was tampered with, the hair dryer was missing from the wall mount, the tub was dirty and the shower curtain was stained. The desk chair has damaged arm rests and the other chair was so badly stained, we didn't even touch it. The toilet paper was sitting on a shelf above the toilet where the towels go, and the toilet paper holders were bent and useless. Now let's talk about the towels. They gave us 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. No hand towels, no rug. One towel was thread bare and stained horribly, we shared the other towel. The bedspread was stained and the photo from the website was photoshopped compared the room we had. There were dirty mattresses behind the hotel.

It wasn't too bad. The ac in the room was really nosy. The room smelled of weed, but im guessing someone next door was smoking it. When you go to the service desk, you have to wait for a long time for some one to respond to you
