Brian Head Lodge

Nikol G. works at the front desk, and she was just the sweetest thing. We needed to change our rooms when we got there and she took care of it with no issues. She was very pleasant and helpful the 5 days we were there. The Lodge is beautiful - staff friendly - bar was a blast - food very good. The outside scenery is absolutely beautiful. Deer running all over which I don't see in Phoenix, AZ.

The only issue I had with the room was the beds were not comfortable. 2 queens in my room I rotated nightly and they were both uncomfortable. They need new beds - The mattresses were very worn out!

Restaurant service was not so good. Not once did they come after I received my food to see if I needed anything. After I was finished with my meal I sat for 20 minutes. Ended up having to find someone for my check. I am handicapped which mad this more difficult. The servers were huddled together chatting about famous people they have encountered.

Slow service in the restaurant at dinner. Really poor breakfast

The sofa bed wasn't a sofa bed, just a regular couch. You can hear everything from the room next door

Lsrger pool but it was okay

The room was very nice. Parking was ample and the fellow at the front desk was professional and helpful.

The place is really just a big lie. As described on this site there's a bar there's a restaurant there's fire pits, the reality is there's nothing. Everything was closed during our stay The bar the restaurant only the pool was available and a small little kiosk type coffee operation. We were stranded up here with the nearest decent restaurant 9 mi away and 4000 ft below us. While it's perhaps reasonable that services would be curtailed at a ski resort during the summer, this place is advertising itself with all of these amenities and as a result it's incomprehensible that we're all the way up here on a mountain without fruit or drink.
