Breakfast is a joke - all cutlery and most of the food wrapped in plastic (!) and/or cardboard; machine-produced juices or water; no fresh tomatoes, cucumber or salads - very disappointing. The "egg-omelets" must have been pre-machine-made - all identical in shape and form - from frozen stuff? Floor in "breakfst room" unpleasently sticky and noisy when walked on. Coffe-offerings were good though. Stayed for two nights - prior guest(s) had left an empty bag of "makeup-removal" on top of shower-door; bed was not made during the day, when I came back in the evening. When I asked the clerk why, she didn't know. "Pool" opens at 09:00 (means no early morning swim). Nice, big bed and room - but this was a huge disappointment.

Good location, good variety of breakfast items.

According to Booking.com, parking was available on site which was the reason we booked this hotel. However, there is NO PARKING on site, we were directed to a car park a block away. Very disappointed.

"It was a nice stay, and I have no complaints other than lack of parking."

Location is excellent although a congested area of downtown. The room was very clean, smelled nice, temperature was good. It was a very quiet room and bedding was comfortable.

The breakfast tables were sticky as was the floor in the breakfast room. They looked clean, and I'm sure they get cleaned regularly; it's probably just a build up of grease. Parking is a nightmare. I managed to find a spot, but didn't dare move all weekend in fear of losing it. Luckily parking was free on the weekend. The parking garage near the hotel is ridiculously expensive for my budget.

They charged us an extra 412.00 with no explanation on the day we checked out. They charged us for a whole day more. We did not stay a whole day more. Asked for a late check out and it was 12:30 when they told us we had to be out. We were!!

Charged us for a whole day more without knowledge of them doing so.

My big mistake was to book my room with Bookings.com. I won't make that mistake again. I thought I booked my room in Gainsville, VA. But, as it turns out it was Gainsville, FL. The Hampton in Gainsville, VA was great. I booked it through Hilton.

I had to pay a lot of money to Bookings.com for the mistake. Again, I won't do that again.
