The property is freshly renovated, beautifully done, clean, fresh, very pretty, cozy. Very close to Cornel Botanical Gardens, Ithaca. We will be staying there again!

Great stay. Very nice new renovations. Great staff. Very helpful and kind. Real continental breakfast with fresh bagels. Will stay here on my next visit to Ithica.

Comfortable, quick check-in/out, late-night check-in was nice, decent breakfast, overall clean. Would consider staying here again, especially since it was cheaper than most lodging in the Ithaca area.

"Great Place to stay!"

The room was brand new. New carpeting - very clean - new bathrooms - refrigerator - microwave. The outside looks worn but the rooms are fresh and new. The new AC fan, however, was very loud. Additionally, the bedspread should be swapped out for a double sheet over a quilt. There were plenty of towels and built in soap - shampoo - conditioner and lotion bottles. Very nice owners.

I arrived really late and they were quite gracious. I haven’t seen the surrounding area as it was dark when I arrived, but it all appears clean dnd welcoming.

Very quiet location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would recommend staying here and I definitely will be choosing this hotel again.
