Kind and courteous staff, beautifully renovated rooms. Exceeded our expectations!

The motel is under new management and they have put effort into remodeling the rooms. Unfortunately the room smelled like a smoking room, and there was barely enough room between the bed and wall for a single stiff uncomfortable chair.

Very clean and newly updated. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We were hesitant about staying at this hotel but trusted recent reviews and it did not disappoint. It was on a great location, owners were kind/generous, and the room was exactly what we wanted. We received a free upgrade prior to arrival which was unexpected. Would stay here again with family if we return to the Ithaca area.

Nice room, great location and friendly owners.

Price wasn't terrible but still more than expected, updated furniture and fixtures. Smaller than expected room size but overall a decent experience.

Very nice , clean room and quiet area. A/C q bit loud but that's expected in a hotel. Front desk was pleasant and gave us early check-in ( thank you).

Easy check in, nice shower! There was a damp smell in the room which went away after we ran the AC for a little bit.

Very pleasant staff. A bed that was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. And a surprisingly good breakfast that included boiled eggs and bagels, not just sweet stuff. Highly recommended.
