Really good sized room, big comfortable beds, clean and well equipped, free coffee and tea in reception, just an overall great experience

Staff were so helpful and friendly, free tea/coffee available everyday, complimentary wine and cheese hour in the evening, lovely walk or 3min drive into Canmore itself, 20min drive to Banff

We had a wonderful stay highlighted by a great team, a nice atmosphere, and a perfectly clean and polite environment. The welcoming and pristine accommodations made our experience truly comfortable, and we highly recommend it

While the room was not a big one, it was exceptionally well-organized and immaculate, and the staff created a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. However, you can hear train and traffic noise throughout the night, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs

The Inn far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautifully warm and tastefully decorated property. Our room felt freshly refurbished and featured stunning vaulted ceilings. It was impeccably spotless, spacious, and well-appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

We loved the beds, firm but still soft like you're sleeping on a cloud. We also loved the fact that we had a little fireplace in the room, the TV had the option to stream Netflix, our patio looked out on the Three Sisters and the staff prepared a little surprise gift in our room for ou anniversary. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located a little away from Canmore town centre but that was fine as we had a car and could drive in and park the car. Other than that, no complaints!

Convenient location, surrounded by mountains great view from the Inn room. Friendly staff, value for money, near to Engine Bridge trail, a beautiful park. The rooms were next to the car park, easy to load our luggages.

The location was great for walking into Canmore town and travelling up to Banff. The beds were really comfortable with a very spacious room for a family of 4. Complimentary cheese an wine was a nice touch.

Ameneties were poor, ok if you just want somewhere to rest your head at night. Not possible to buy wine to relax in the lounge in the evening, however the lounge was extremly hot and uncomfortable during the complimentary cheese and wine.therefore may not be beneficial.
