The view, the cleanliness of room, welcoming front entrance with coffee and tea available 24/7, having a microwave in room, the bathtub, the balcony, very pleasant staff.

Steps between different levels on second floor mean you cannot take your luggage to your room on a trolley; a couple of maintenance issues hadn’t been dealt with; inevitably you get outside noise because it’s between a busy highway and a railway track - but when windows are closed it’s not bad.

Fabulous! Warm, clean and inviting room with amazing view. Short walk to downtown. Staff were very friendly and eager to help.

We loved our stay! Guestrooms are large, comfy and clean. Enjoyed the gas fireplace, balcony and mini fridge. Great location. Really enjoyed the mountain vibe of the hotel. Beautiful lobby with plenty of comfy chairs to lounge in. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money. Our room was very large and spacious. We were impressed that nothing felt cramped. Lots of room to move around the beds and two separate places to sit and do work. The bedding was clean and the duvet light. We asked for two blankets to use on top, staff brought them promptly.

Was a good overall experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean hotel and not overly noisy/loud. The check in process was great as they let us check in early, and the main area in the lobby is really nice and quiet. Good for reading and hanging out with other couples.

Very nicer stay at this hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer to experience that lobby but I was only there for the night.

The mountain view and Christmas lights are picturesque from the window of the room. Although the exterior of the hotel looks old but the room is very clean and newly renovated. The lobby is very cozy with the big pinewood beams and big wood burning fireplace where we spend hours there reading and sipping tea. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They all look very happy and welcoming.
