Overall, everything was great. One thing to highlight is that since the hotel didn't include breakfast, the receptionist gave me breakfast options in the area and recommended a French place across the street, which was simply delicious.

It was a great experience overall. Lobby was so cozy and warm. The piano and the board games were perfect for our kids. Front Desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The views were so beautiful.

Best decision ever to spend Christmas here! The suites we rented were really spacious and had ample room to play games. Every buck is well worth it. The atmosphere was so festive, and the lobby with the wood burning fireplace was our favourite spot to hang out. The kids enjoyed the board games available for use.

Excellent stay...very comfortable. The location is great as well. It is easy to stay in Canmore to access Banff. Everything is nice, clean ans friendly.

i cant say enough good about this place. staff are super friendly and very accommodating. the hotel itself is very comfortable, clean and the location is far enough from the centre but close enough for a 7 minute walk. the mountain views are spectacular so would advise if possible to upgrade to a room with mountain view of the 3 sisters. they dont provide breakfast but they do sell a breakfast bag with lots of goodies in that is very good for the $8 well, worth it. parking is very secure, well lite and lots of it. the entrance is very inviting and the fire can knock you too sleep is got the in the mountain feel for sure. while i was there we had a free glass of wine and cheese/ cracker board that was a great treat, apparently they do this on a regular basis especially in the summer months overall great stay and will be staying again this coming september 2026
