Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn

This is a nice hotel and has reasonable rates. We stayed for two nights this past weekend . I loved the lounging area and free coffee and tea. There is no restaurant but they have some snack options and breakfast , for a small fee. The rooms are clean and beds comfy. The sheets are a bit rough and scratchy and the pillows are not good at all. We did have a honey team there so it was rather noisy in the halls with them running around. I still enjoyed my stay . I definitely would stay again . Front staff is friendly!

Getting a little dated

The room itself was genuinely great - clean and comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable. Everything was super clean. The room was quiet. Also, major points for a balcony (with a solid view) AND a fireplace. That was a really nice treat. Honestly everything about the room, location and hotel itself was basically perfect. Then why only 4 stars? Check in was a bit messy. The host was incredibly polite and nice, and I don't fault them at all. But my check in was delayed. I was hoping to check in a half hour early, but was told that wasn't possible. When I came back at 4:00 (check in time), my room was still not ready. I only waited maybe 14 minutes, so not really a huge deal. That said, every other aspect of my two day stay was 5 star. Would likely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The location was amazing, and we got to enjoy a beautiful view of the Three Sisters right from our balcony! Everything was super comfortable and easy. Highly recommend this place - we'll definitely be back!

Cozy and warm

Beds were a bit high

We order a room with 4 persons but only gets 2 towels. To make matters worse, when we started to take a shower, the bathtub wouldn't drain at all. I had to go to the front desk for help in the middle of my shower, and the staff had to bring tools to unclog the bathtub ! It was so unprofessional. This kind of room shouldn't be rented out !
