Hotel Petra

I stayed in hotel Petra for 1 month during my business trip . This is very good hotel with kitchen facility specially for Indian people. This is small hotel having only 10 rooms , hope so it may increase and Hotel owner members are Hotel staff and they are very cooperating related to pickup , drop to near metro station etc. My sincere thanks to Stefano, Johny , Fabio , Recordo and Francisca.

This hotel had very spacious rooms and it was updated and nice. Everything worked great in the room, and it was very comfortable. It was just outside of Rome, which was nice and quiet but still convenient if you have a rental car like we did.

Service und Bereitschaft alles für seine Gäste zu tun war sehr gut, da hätte man das Gefühl das der Gast König ist...

Nice Hotel, With super good service. Francisca was very kind and speaks very good English too. Stay for 2 month there. All other Staff is also very cooperative and Good. like Gonney, stefno, fabio......:)

Hotel muito bom,pessoal muito atencioso e simpáticos.

Estadia boa, agradavel, longe do metro mas hotel fornece transporte ao metro Anagnina. Excelente hospitalidade dos empregados do hotel principalmente do Sr. Gianni muito simpatico e sempre disposto a ajudar.

Personale della reception gentile, disponibile e simpatico; servizio gratuito navetta A/R per metro anagnina . Se viaggiate in auto il parcheggio custodito al coperto della metro anagnina costa € 1,50 ogni 12h. Camera quadrupla molto ampia con terrazzo, uniche pecche frigo pochissimo refrigerante e pulizia non eccellente. Nel complesso consigliabile

L'albergo non merita 4 stelle. Il bagno era distrutto,tutte le mattonelle spaccate e la vasca sporca si rischia si prendere infezioni come funghi.. Polvere ovunque su qualsiasi superficie. L'unica cosa che si salva è il personale che è veramente accoggliente e gentile. Inviterei i supervisori di expedia a visionare di persona.

Is a great place to stay, 5 mins by car to subway station, great support from Fabio, Stefano and all team. The hotel take you to the subway and pick-up you back to the hotel for free. Easy process. Big room with living room.

Me and my partner visited Rome for the first time and stayed at hotel petra for 4 nights. We had a bad first night after being sent to another hotel 'lamela' which was'nt in a very friendly area, the staff were quite rude however room was lovely. We panicked and thought this could be the worst holiday! However, after the nightmare first night we managed to get to the hotel and after having to still wait for our room we finally got to our room on the top floor with 3 huge balcony/terraces a huge living area space and a lovely king size bed and flat screen, lovely size bathroom, walk in wardrobe and breakfast area with table and chairs. We couldn't be annoyed any longer and we understood why we had to wat (a child had to go to hospital so had to stay extra night) They were only giving great service to another family. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they brought breakfast to our room every morning and coffee. They took us to Anagnina every day for us to access anywhere in rome city centre, which is so easy to get around and see everything, and they even gave us a complimentary meal and drinks and anything we wanted on the menu to apologise for the first night which was stunning may i add in a proper italian restaurant not at all touristy! They also recommended other areas and places to eat and a lovely pub called changes is 5 mins away, just ask them to take you!! . We had such a lovely time and will definitely return despite the mix up at the beginning. Thanks for making it special. Oh, they even offered for us to stay an extra night to make up , which we would have if we didnt have a plane to catch! Its closer to Ciampino Airport (10 mins) but easy to get to from leonardo if your up for making your own way like us by tube and bus.
