We had heard about difficulties with taxis so ordered one way in advance Eventually got one 45 minutes late that ruined our sunset dinner plans. The girl at the front desk was very emphatic but we felt that management hid behind their desks and could have done more to ensure our experience wasn’t spoiled rather from distancing themselves from the taxi service they elected to use. We left the cheap bottle of champagne sent to our room behind. Free drinks at an all inclusive resort is a hollow “make it right” gesture

- Aeolos restaurant. Chef Tyler is a very talented young chef. We loved it that he came out, asked us about the food and we had a chat where he also listened. Jasper, the waiter at Aeolos was fantastic. - A 5-star resort with immaculate clean areas and fantastic ocean views. A big Bravo to all the maintenance team. - The boat trips for snorkelling. The snorkelling itself isn't wow as the reef isn't rich but the experience was very nice. - The gym was nice, clean and well equipped. - Very Polite personnel. - Not bad evening entertainment.

- We waited at Sandals desk for over 2 hours after our flight landed for our supposedly complementary transportation. Then we went and found our own taxi and the management of Sandals agreed to pay for it (which we appreciate). To have us waiting for such a long time is something unacceptable from any resort - The breakfast was below standards. Lack of healthy options, especially when it comes to bread, the choices were ridiculous. No granola and certainly no cereal without sugar. No fresh juices, except orange juice at only one of the restaurants. - Even though there were so many empty taples, We had to wait at the entrance of each restaurant for 4 - 12 minutes for the hostess to register us. Then another 5-20minutes to come and get our order. - There is no swimmable beach apart from a very narrow man-made strip along the far end of the resort

This property was amazing! You can’t beat the views and amenities! However, the service is another story. While some of the staff was AMAZING a majority of the staff came off as cold and didn’t seem to care about the guests at all. We never got our bags delivered to our room upon checkin. We had to go look for them and they were literally sitting on a sidewalk unattended outside the resort. Club sandals staff seemed liked they didn’t know a lot of information about the resort and again didn’t come off as helpful and that we were bothering them. Food was really good! We especially loved Aolos! The chef Tyler was amazing and we loved Jasper! Zuka was our least favorite. Food was dry and didn’t have great flavor. Overall though we would recommend this resort and return!

Everything is new, the views are amazing, great pool, nice restaurants and great scuba locations.

Staff very undertrained, not very kind. No one could properly guide us on the hotel activities, even the concierge did not know the activities that the hotel offers for free. Major problems with the scuba center. The guy who is responsible there is incredible rude without any necessity. And after finishing my OW certification, I could not get my certificate even after reaching the property multiple times. I want my money back.

The diving is pristine, must try Klein Curacao and East Point dive sites

The PEOPLE. They are amazing. Everything they do it’s with a big smile on their face. Best SERVICE ever. Rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool to die for.

The sea space to swim is quite limited.

A great place with excellent service

The people at this property were great, food was great. I hate that Sandals says it's 'all inclusive'. I have never had an all inclusive experience here, things are extra like evening catamaran cruises. We booked one for $100 each and I ended up with food poisoning so was sick couldn't go and they wouldn't reimburse it. Beach was non-existent basically at this hotel. They also say all top shelf liquor but it's not they give you the bottom shelf stuff all the time, you have to watch them and ask for top shelf. The beer has an extreme after taste and is always warm. I'd stay at a couples resort ANY DAY over Sandals. This was our 3rd Sandals stay, we've been to Jamaica, Bahama's and then here. None have impressed me. I'd say the Jamaica one was probably the best.

Everything was perfect for our trip. We got married on the resort and everything was more than perfect. The resort truly cater to everyone.
