"Great services & facilities but always music at the pool & beach. Impossible to have quiet time."

The facilities are amazing and the place is very clean. The service is great.

The music. Almost all day long, sometimes til midnight. Was very hard to find a quiet place.

Staff is very attentive from the minute you arrive at the airport until you are dropped off at the airport on your way home. Room service, entertainment dining and customer service are all excellent. Will be returning.

"Not worth the daily rate."

Some staff were not interested in the Sandals customer experience. Some staff were rude. The air conditioning in the bedroom was faulty and our clothes, bedlinen and the floor was constantly wet or damp. The maintenance came several times but the problem was not resolved.

Overall one of the Best Resorts and islands I ever stood at before! everyone was so welcoming food was amazing and Resort location was Beautiful! definitely will be back. :-)
