Very good time in Krabi and the hotel was great. The team was great. Yob, AB and Sweetie were all great in helping us and making sure we got the correct advice

When we first arrived we were a little skeptical as you’re right off the street in the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang, however once you go up the lift the hotel is chilled with great views of the ocean. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Wave in the kids club was a favorite for our little boy with lots of activities. Nee in the spa was also amazing! The lower level pool was a little cold, that would be the only downside of staying here. Great location, would definitely stay here again.

Great staff , busy location . Reception feels like budget hotel . Rooms decent size though not well maintained . Cleanliness an issue . Walls , floor . Carpet not properly cleaned . . Mosquitoes in lifts and rooms . Breakfast avg spread . No fresh juice . But courteous staff . We booked considering this is an Anantara property, rates are super high maybe due to peak season . Turns out to be an avg hotel . Much better option in same price range .

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at the Avani in Krabi. The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, beautiful restaurant next door and a 7-11 on the same street. The room was extremely clean and had an incredible view. Room comes with many amenities such as a hairdryer, slippers, a robe, iron and a minibar which was great value! The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely too especially of a night time, we loved the roof top bar. The noise level was fair and was very quiet during the evenings. The best part of all was the service - staff were always so helpful and polite, especially Yob who handled our luggage when we arrived and left. All of this for an incredibly reasonable price, great value ☺️!

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a 2 week holiday. Avani was an amazing place to stay. Staff are so friendly and approachable, it makes u feel part of a family. The hotel is set against a cliff so bit of a maze but easy to get around. The room was super comfortable and a great bathroom. The only minor bit was that the sofa could do with recovering as rather stained. The infinity pool was amazing and the place to swim. The rooftop bar offered amazing sunset views. Overall, a great stay. 4 stars only due to my room being near staff parking so sound of motorbikes and scooters from 4am would wake me up.

This hotel met all of our expectations. It is very clea, stylish and beautiful with a wonderful view of the cliff and ocean. It´s also only about 300 metres from the beach. We were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor of the Panorama building with a gorgeous view. The staff were all so loving and friendly, the pool areas, especially the one with the infinity pool, was lovely. Breakfast buffet met our needs and we also made good use of the fitness centre. We would definately recommend this hotel and we would always come here again.

We had a wonderful experience all the staff were very friendly, helpful and went out there way to make our stay memorable. We spent many visits in the Avani spa we had many massages and beautiful facial are very special thank you to Joy and Thip they are amazing people and there service always professional and attentive to your needs. The major downside of this hotel and what would put me off returning, was the cleanliness. The bedroom floor wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, the furniture in the bedroom looked stained but it was actually just dirty. The blinds in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The balcony has a bath, one lounger and a chair. They all looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The corridors were always dirty, the decking by the infinity pool was filthy. I didn’t see it being cleaned once, it was swept of leaves regularly but never actually cleaned. The tables by the loungers were also filthy. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, lots of places on the doorstep, a 5 min walk to the beach, but still with stunning views. The infinity pool is beautiful. Both pools were quiet enough and we were always able to get a lounger. Breakfast was good. We received a fruit platter, a bottle of wine and some biscuits when we’d checked in, a lovely touch. But would unfortunately not recommend due to the above cleanliness issues.

It was an overall great experience at Avani Ao Nang. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We had a small issue with the door lock on check in which was promptly fixed by the staff. The view from the pool is amazing, especially at sunset. Although we did not get all the names, we wanted to say thank you to the short-haired lady at the reception for the warm wlecome, the guy that fixed our door and the friendly Yob, who made our departure more pleasant.
