ibis Belfast Queens Quarter

We found the bed very comfortable, the room at the right temperature, spacious and clean. All you would want for breakfast was provided.

Stayed at the Ibis hotel for the weekend and had a great stay. Erika was incredibly helpful and friendly with us during the check in process which was amazing. Would recommend

The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean. Warm friendly welcome from all the staff . Amanda was very helpful giving us directions for a restaurant we were visiting .

The room is quite spacious compared to other Ibis hotels we’ve stayed in. The team was wonderful—though I’ve forgotten most of their names, I still remember Amanda, who I believe was the one heavily pregnant, yet remained so warm, friendly, and helpful. The rest of the team, including the two male staff members, the ladies at reception, and the breakfast crew, were equally amazing. They greeted and welcomed us every morning as if we were right at home. And their pizza—absolutely delicious! Plus, the drinks they recommended were perfect. I especially loved the hot chocolate and the classic breakfast set—just as expected. Thank you so much!

What set this hotel apart is the customer service. When we arrived there were three staff on reception and all of the could not have done enough for us. The rooms are clean, have everything you need. The bistro menu is limited, pizza and panini's. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice , all good hot and fresh. We were able to walk to queen's square where there were plenty of buses.

Absolutely wonderful, big room and comfortable bed, delicious breakfast , very well located with easy access to main atractions in the city and the receptionists were very helpful and kind, i will highly recommend it to everyone to come to Belfast.

We truly appreciated the quality of the staff and premises of the Ibis. The hotel is very clean and modern and we thoroughly enjoyed it. And the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff is next level in every aspect of hospitality. Not to mention an excellent location to see all the sites of Belfast.

We were greeted by Amanda - what a lovely lady. So pleasant, friendly and helpful. She's a credit to the hotel. The room was spotless, and a good size. We asked for more towels and pillows, and they were there when we returned. Nothing seemed too much of an ask if we needed anything. The location is great, its about a 15/20 min from the centre of Belfast. If you walk a few mins round the corner you've got Botanic Road with a variety of places to get a bite to eat. Queens university, Botanic Gardens and the ulster museum are within a 10 min walk.
