Our family had a wonderful stay during Songkran. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a great time to visit. The highlight of our trip was definitely the spa and the kids’ activities. The spa services were exceptional. It was relaxing, professional and a perfect escape. The kids’ program was equally impressive with plenty to keep them entertained throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Stewart from the entertainment team, he was incredibly friendly, energetic, and always ready to help. He really made a positive difference to our experience. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection didn’t quite meet expectations, as the food did not always feel fresh and could definitely be better in terms of quality. We also encountered a few minor room maintenance issues, which the hotel could pay more attention to. Overall though, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements, this would easily be an outstanding experience.
