Very helpful staff. The pools are great for families. Lots of food for breakfast.

A personnel allowed some people to park the cars longer at the drop and pick up entrance. There was mould near the sink, below the mirror (Room 614).

กลิ่นของห้อง 312 เป็นกลิ่นท่อ แต่ทางพนักงานเปลี่ยนห้องให้เรียบร้อยเป็น 316 กลิ่นดีขึ้นค่ะ น่าจะต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องกลิ่นมากๆให้ประทับใจเมื่อแรกเข้า

Good for familyand kids to stay here. For club services that good for stay and staff very kind ( Minny, Jiji, Ommy, Kaimook and Dream) they are good supported.

We stay at this hotel at least once a year, and it continues to be one of the best family-friendly hotels. The service is excellent. Check-in and check-out are smooth and efficient. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds. The newly renovated rooms are especially impressive — very functional, well-designed, and easy to use. During this stay, I had the chance to try several restaurants. While the pricing is on the higher side (as expected for a five-star hotel), the overall dining experience still has some room for improvement. Coast: Thai dishes were good, but the pastas were disappointing — tasteless with a firmer-than-expected texture. HAGI: I ordered the premium Gindara Teppanyaki. It felt like the fish was simply thawed and placed on the hot plate without much technique. Definitely below expectations for the price. Zulu: Visited during the chocolate hour at 8:30 PM, but there were only two chocolate options available, which felt quite limited. That said, the staff across all restaurants and the Club Lounge were very nice, friendly and attentive. The team at Zulu stood out in particular for their excellent service. The breakfast was fabulous — one of the highlight of the stay. The grilled pork skewers and grilled fish were especially outstanding. The new Kids Club is smaller than before, but it is well designed and good for younger children only. The game room, however, could benefit from more variety, as it currently feels quite limited and not very engaging. The swimming pool and beach area remain the highlight — still the best among family hotels in Pattaya.
