Best for family, water park and activities. Close to beach

Room amenities, no curtains in bathroom.

Location is on the beach and close taxi ride to the shopping malls. Waterpark, pool & beach facilities were an advantage which the kids loved. Rooms were comfortable and generous in size.

While a small number of staff members were pleasant and helpful, the majority appeared demotivated, rigid, and unwelcoming. Our issues began upon arrival. We had booked four rooms, yet the hotel allocated them across different buildings. We were informed that if we wanted all rooms within the same building, we would need to either upgrade or downgrade our room categories. We reluctantly paid for upgrades, only to end up on three different floors within the same building, which was still highly inconvenient for our family. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The buffet was overcrowded and poorly managed, with guests having to queue for basic items such as coffee and cooked eggs. The food quality itself was average and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, the lack of hospitality, poor room allocation, and chaotic dining experience significantly detracted from our stay.

Auswahl beim Frühstück zu sehr indisch & chinesisch.

Everything was near perfect - location, amenities, great pool area. The only thing it needs improvement is in food department. The fruit juice (apple) was sour and management did listen to me and got us watermelon juice instead.

It's a family friendly resort. The pools and slides were fun.

Zimmer war okay.. das Wasserpark ist ganz toll für die Kinder 👍 Frühstück war top.

Für den Preis erwartet ich ein Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und nicht nur eine Wasser Kocher 😔 das Restaurant unten am Hotel geht gar nicht.. wir haben 1 Stunde gewartet und kam nicht alle Bestellungen... Ich werde das Hotel auf jeden Fall nicht wieder besuchen... Schade eigentlich.
