איזור הבריכות נחמד מאוד אבל החדר מריחים גרוע. ריח בלתי נסבל של עובש. העבירו אותי לחדר אחר ועדיין הריח היה קשה מאןד לכן החלטתי לוותר על הלילה האחרון ועברתי למלון אחר.

ריח בלתי נסבל של עובש בחדר. צוות המלון מכיר את הבעיה אך אין לו כ"כ איך לעזור מלבד להעביר לחדר אחר שגם הוא מריח עובש.

The breakfast in the hotel was beyond demands, you literally could have anything you could imagine, even ice-cream! Lots of styles and cuisines are represented, everything is very tasty. The room is very clean, they come and clean it right in the morning and then return for a comfortable touch in the evening. The animation team at the hotel is GREAT! Especially Lukas, Stuart and the girl from Hungary (sorry, I did not ask her name, she does yoga and pilates with the guests) they were all amazing. Also Winko was super great. They are very warm-hearted, energising people who make their training and pool activities very curious and each has its personal style and touch! It was great to get to know them. They are very friendly and talk with guests that makes us believe that we are really among friends there!!!!! Stuart and Lukas are the best!
