Robe House

Liked the story attached to the history of the place. After service from the owners was fantastic, as we'd left some things behind. Their assistance to get it back was first class. The location is very good, quiet area just back from the main street, but within a short walk. The room with kitchenette was very cosy and comfortable and functional.

The wi-fi was a little problematic - but it seems there was an outage in the area anyway as some eftpos machines weren't working. Kitchenette would have benefitted with a microwave.

Breakfast was fine

The locks on the front door. Had to climb out of the window to open the front door!

Comfortable and solid rooms.

In booking a B&B with included breakfast I wasn’t aware that whilst ingredients are provided I would have to cook myself.

It was large and roomy. Big kitchen and modern bathroom. Generous breakfast left for self cater.

The period type furnishings weren’t to my taste, but that’s a personal preference. Doesn’t alter the space or comfort at all.

Good position comfortable room.

Small details, no soap and only a small bottle of body wash for two people for two days. No handwashing at basin. Breakfast supplies were for one day not two

Accomodation was great , especially for an old heritage house, plenty of restored original character. Breakfast was surprisingly good, fresh & plenty for the 3 of A spacious bathroom & crisp fresh linen supplied. Great check in & check out. Good location with parking.
