Good hotel for our overnight stay. Will stay again

Nice hotel with views of the river, port and close to the Hamburg Reeperbahn district.

Really good service with very helpful staff. Good rooms and well fitted out. Lack of aircon is a letdown in the current hot weather. Excellent breakfast. Wifi slow.

A good and clean hotel with an excellent staff . I stayed for a week , the only problem is that there's no fridge and the shuttle bus service starts at 12:00 PM .

Airport shuttle didn't run frequently - needed a.6 am shuttle but first run wasn't until 12:30

The outside of this hotel was very shabby and we wondered what we had done. But inside was in good condition and the room was comfortable and spacious. The night was hot and we stayed before all the room air conditioners had been replaced, so our sleep was not as restful as it might have been. We chose this hotel for its free airport shuttle and we were very pleased with the service.

I had an enjoyable stay, however missing an elevator

Convenient for airport but Ibis is same distance and better

Pillows were way too hard and thick. Room was not clean and dated. Onsite parking is a plus.

Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
