Outstanding staff. Close to train station and tourist sights.

For a one night stay it was okay. The AC would kick on and then immediately turn off. Would not stay cool. Had to open balcony door to get any type of air to cool off the room.

This is an amazing hotel. It’s the perfect location if you love the art museums as they’re all within a 10 minute walk. The room was lovely and the staff are all great.

Great staff great location , room comfortable but a little small for a few day stay,all in all a great place to explore Madrid everything is with in walking distance.

I like the simple, clean close to Atocha and great English at the desk facility. Covid test planned and executed for me by desk-someone to come there for me...outstanding help! This was my second stay. I repeated because I was so impressed the first time. I hope to stay again fairly soon! Thank you so much. So many extra little helps in solving questions on a range of topics-always graciously done.
