Near Atocha Station

It’s what we expected. Clean and simple. Close to the train station.

Excellent hotel, excellent location

Room was small. No hot water in the shower.

The worst place I’ve ever been to, for 100 euros we are supposed to get a room with TV (it didn’t work), and a bathroom with hot water (no hot water available at 4h30 am before heading to the airport)

The room need renovation. The main light switch shut down all power outlets so I need to leave lights on when I need to charge my phone at night.

The staff were excellent in assisting us with issues we had during our stay

Hot weather available for tea 24/7... but in the lobby.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Accommodations were just perfect for what we needed. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close enough to restaurants and to the Atocha train station.

Good train station location, just about the same $ as other nicer hotels close by. I was received professionally and nicely by Carlos, however, elevator was out of service and when I walked up to my floor I had an eerie feeling due to the hallway layout. The room was in need of maintenance (removal of rust under sink at baseboard, sink needed re-caulking) and room was very small. A/C went off 5 seconds after turning it on and noise from unattractive courtyard prevented me from leaving window open for fresh air. The bed comfort was just ok. Glad that I was there just overnight.
