Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa

Plenty of options for breakfast. Used the egg station twice: once for eggs Benedict which was disappointing (I’ve had much better in similar hotels) and once for an omelette which was very good.. Ordered hotel food from the beach each day and dined in at Steam and Spice, all were very good. There is a pizza restaurant at the bottom of the building too which did good food. (They make their own cheese) very popular though so book in advance. Staff here are excellent, friendly and helpful.

Nothing much to say. Being picky I would say the coffee at breakfast was average as most options came out of an automatic machine. I would recommend trying out their Vietnamese coffee instead (fabulous).

Large room, good breakfast selection and the infinity pool /spa facilities are really really nice. Close to the beach

The self service coffee machines were constantly not working , so had to queue during breakfast.

Pros: Wonderful staff who went above and beyond and provided caring, thoughtful service. Special thanks to the following individuals in the 1st floor restaurants: Maddison, Ngọc Vũ, Thương, Duyên and Mai (Mia). They were key in making my stay memorable. Everyone else that we came in contact with was very warm, friendly, courteous, helpful. Good central location. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes, fresh squeezed juices, etc Cons: Not enough beach loungers. Room decor is dated.

Penthouse

いちばん良かった点はスタッフがとても親切だったことです。初めてのニャチャンへの旅で、分からないことが沢山ありましたが、ホテル以外のことを聞いても快く回答していただきました。

設備の点で、トイレットペーパーをいれるゴミ箱に蓋がなかったのが少し気になりましたが、それ以外はパーフェクトでした。
