The location to summer fest and the free shuttle to and from was a bonus and why we booked here

The pillows were hard and not regular size

Crime and criminals surrounding this hotel. A group of people who were not guests were drinking and copulating in the parking lot and screaming fighting. Ridiculous behavior. The hotel was asked by many guests to notify police.

Il 10 giugno ho fatto il checkout. Ho pagato 100 dollari di deposito cauzionale. Quando ho prenotato c'era scritto che li avrebbero restituiti lo stesso giorno del checkout. Poi mi hanno detto in reception 2 giorni lavorativi per il rimborso dopo il checkout. Ora siamo al 17 giugno e non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso. Ho mandato 4 mail di sollecito e non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Ho mandato mail alla struttura anche tramite booking per avere i soldi indietro ma nessuna risposta. Voi di booking non mi tutelate su questa mancanza?

The only thing that made the stay from being rated to a 1 was the staff, especially the girl that worked on the bar/kitchen.

There was a pillow case with a stain of blood. My partner got rashes the next morning after sleeping in that bed. The shower door did not close properly and the door had to pulled hard to be closed

The beds were the only thing that was clean

Floors in room had a film on them. Room was absolutely disgusting and smelled bad. I was supposed to stay 5 night and checked out after the first and got an Airbnb. Easily worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The toilet hand was broken room was visibly dirty. Broken light fixtures and exposed wires. I had my kids with me I couldn’t stay there another night. They also double charged me for the room and when I went to talk to them about it there was another guy at the desk for the same thing. The front desk was unable to help either of us with that. And for some reason despite checking out the next day they didn’t actually check me out of the room until the last day.

Location

It’s was dirty and the air conditioner in my room didn’t work. I waited hours for another room. We were there for a concert and were late due to staff and waiting for another room assignment.

Beds were comfy

Bathroom was kind of dirty, had hair still in the shower, shower didn't keep.water in and floor would be soaked when you got out. Other than that not a bad place! Definitely not in the best part of town but front desk is good at chasing off the unruly people
