Everything was good

Access to the property was bad, you couldn’t get in there easily, roads were always blocked with parked cars visiting chocolate factory at the entrance of the road to hotel.

When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad.

Prema who helped with my bags was exceptional, a great employee. She needs to get more opportunities to grow. She has the attitude to be a great hotel professional.

Need lockers in the room - I came for a wedding so was nervous about my jewellery . Or you could have lockers in the backoffice on hire. But everything was safe ultimately.
