"Awful, rude and dirty"

The main receptionist was very rude, paid for an early check in (most hotels would check if the rooms are ready and wave this fee) then sat on his phone messaging and ignoring me. Bathroom was filled with black mould, just old and run down. There is a much better hotel which is cheaper literally up the road

Nothing.

No shower mat, not enough towels. No glass or plastic cup for teeth cleaning. Bed gave me a sore back.

"Hidden gem"

Clean, lots of food options next door, free parking for electric cars and others. Park fire kids to play in with the seating area shaded from the sun for little ones.

No where to put your cigarette butts out odd piece of rubbish from your travels.

I find the beds here very comfortable. I love a softer bed and they have softer beds here. My son wasn't so keen, but great for me! Clean, amazing shower with a seat too. This was my second stay here and will stay again in the future. I found the staff here very cheery and helpful apart from the gentleman who checked us out, very miserable, no pleasentries whatsoever.

The gentlemen who checked us out. Cold, miserable and I found that quite rude especially when you are in a customer facing role.
