Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good location. Nice sized rooms

NO AIR CON, .. In an American company hotel!!!! Way too hot. Windows didn't open. No proper breakfast only a grab and go which wasn't clear when booked (although we did have it refunded and went nextdoor to eat instead).

I'd booked b&b but there was no real breakfast available. We had to go into the services area and find for ourselves. I did receive a refund of that element of the cost.

Nice powerful shower. Room was really clean!

Window latch was broken. Curtain was broken so we were on show to the whole car park! Very noisy through the night with people shouting in carpark. Advertised as including breakfast but there is no breakfast. The room was really hot and the fan supplied was broken and thick with dust.
