"Good situation off the A1M, hotel was what could be expected from this chain"

Clean, comfortable bed but would prefer firmer mattress, liked the wardrobe which had sliding doors rather than an open clothes area. My room overlooked the rear grassed area around the pond and was quiet. The hotel provided me with a ground floor room as I had a dog with me. The reception area was staffed 24/7

The wash basin was in the actual room rather than in the bathroom area although shielded from the beds. Not come across this in any other Days Inn or similar hotel. OK as I was on my own but feel not so good if travelling with someone not a close friend
