"Cheap and cheerful."

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had a very strong smell of drains coming from it through out our staff. The shower had hairs in it that were not ours and there was rubbish under neath the bed that was not ours either.

"A brief overnight stay in Belfast"

A well appointed hotel within walking distance of Belfast Grand Central Station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast choice was a definite plus.

The lack of food in the evening (the only item that seemed to be available was standard fayre pizza). The nearest food outlet I could find was McDonalds (!) which was a five minute walk away from the hotel.

"First trip to Belfast"

It was my first visit to Belfast, and I wasn't aware that Belfast City Airport closes overnight, operating from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After arriving at the airport around 2:00 a.m., I found the gates closed and wasn't sure where to go. When I contacted the Ibis Hotel, they kindly allowed me to wait in their bar area until the airport reopened. A special thank you to Tribh, Jonny, Sarah and security for their warm hospitality. They made me feel safe, welcome, and well looked after during an unexpected situation. Their kindness left a wonderful first impression of Belfast, and I am very grateful for their help.

"Top quality staff"

I had a fantastic experience with a young lad named Tristan. He had speedy service and everything was absolutely perfect. He was extremely caring and volunteered to escort my son to the location of the bathrooms. This was a fantastic experience and brownie points to the young lad who served us.
