Lotsa was very very helpful. It was our 47th anniversary and Lutaa and Ogda were very helpful in making it a pleasant occasion. Also miss Bambi in the dining room was very pleasant and helpful. The food was okay but could use some improvement to be up to the kempinski intl five star standard.

I have been staying at the Kempinski in Ulaanbaatar for 15 years. The facilities and service are always impeccable. Sakura, the Japanese restaurant has fresh, deliciously served meals. The best hotel in Ulaanbaatar!

식사는 그럭저럭--so ,so and so!

1. 서울에서 예약할 때 8.28~9.1일까지로 했는데 -30일이 안되어 있어 Room key is not working! 다시 예약함 2. 칫솔은 양치질할때 털이 빠져나와 잇몸에 끼임. ㅠㅠ 여러 개 다 불량! 집에서 가져 간것 사용! 한심해요.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The facilities (gym, spa rooms etc.) were excellent. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. The restaurants in the hotel are all great.

I wish the hotel's restaurants were larger because a couple of times we wanted to eat in the hotel, but the restaurants were full.
