The team was nice at the front desk but thats all.

Asked the bartender to make me a negroni as i sit at the bar- the team members used hands to take the ice from the bucket to the glass- at that point i stopped the drink and left- madness- the front desk apologized and send a beer comp to my room - but that is a serius food safety issues- the hotel needs to give more training or tools to the people Also I did leave behind some lost items by mistake- tried to contact the hotel but never answered
