Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie - All Inclusive

We've just returned home from a 7 night stay at the Riu Tikida Palmeraie Hotel and wanted to leave an honest review, having read conflicting opinion before travelling. I can honestly say we had a fantastic time! Yes the food is similar throughout the week... it was a little dry at times and not always piping hot, but we found something tasty to eat every night. The restaurant for the evening meal had a nice feel and the staff looked after us extremely well, topping up drinks and making sure we had everything we needed, before having to ask. There are flies about, but mainly around the outside bar or where people have discarded cups with fizzy drink in and nothing that you wouldn't get at home on a hot day. The grounds and pool are amazing and the gardeners and pool team are constantly working to keep on top of things. No issue getting a sun bed and parasols were plentiful. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy, with friendly maids who changed towels etc daily. The staff are what made the difference for us. Every member of staff we encountered had a smile on their face and genuinely wanted to help you. We felt extremely well looked after and nothing seemed too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel. We visited the Medina which was amazing. You have to watch out for the mopeds in the tight alleys! If I'm honest, I was expecting to be hassled, but we were left alone to wander around, absorbing all the sights and amazing smells it had to offer. All in all it was a fantastic holiday, that didn't cost a fortune and exceeded expectations. We would happily return.

L’hôtel est INCROYABLE il est très grand avec plusieurs parties/ piscines/ terrains de basket, tennis/ salle de sport/ spa/ restaurants/ salle de spectacle et le paysage est SUBLIME etc… Le personnel est super bien veillant et surtout à l’écoute on a juste à ce présenter à l’hôtel et à partir de ce moment là vous vous occupé absolument de rien du début à la fin des vacances ils se chargent de TOUT ! Une petite pensé à Mohamed qui a été super avec nous vraiment rien à dire je reviendrais sûrement !! Les animateurs aussi sont top très sociable et serviable.

Très beau hôtel le cadre et la verdure Chambre très spacieuse propre et nourriture très bonne ainsi que dans les restaurants à la carte. Le cadre et la piscine sont sublimes et le personnel très sympathique.

Piscine extrêmement froide impossible d'y aller Piscine intérieur fermé pour travaux Animation à revoir et il y a beaucoup d'animateurs pour le peu d'activité voir des activités annulés Personnel de l’accueil catastrophique au niveau de la langue et ne font rien du tout pour vous aider Attention à la période des cafards on en avait 4/5 par jours dans les chambres qui se trouvaient au RDC. Nous avons été déçus pour le peu d'implication de la part du personnel de l’accueil qui nous faisaient croire tous les jours que le problème serait résolu.
