Très déçus par notre séjour de 5 jours. Nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la chambre, ce qui est inadmissible. Pour rejoindre la chambre, il faut marcher très longtemps à chaque fois. La piscine ferme beaucoup trop tôt et le petit-déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Nous avons même vu des mouches tomber dans les yaourts, ce qui n’est pas du tout hygiénique. Vu le prix élevé de l’hôtel, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. Je ne recommande pas.

Hôtel convient parfaitement à nos attentes. Calme, personnel très sympathique, souriant, équipe d’animateurs à la hauteur : Oumaima , Yassmine et Fati … elles étaient très aimables , veiller à ce que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleur conditions…spectacle qui nous a beaucoup plu …. Buffets très variés et délicieux Je recommande l’hôtel

Je dirais qu’il faut gonfler les ballons sur terrain pour pouvoir jouer au basket ou au foot …

La comida podría tener más variedad y opciones mediterráneas e internacionales. También deberían mejorar la comunicación antes de la llegada, ya que intenté contactar con el alojamiento en varias ocasiones y no recibí respuesta.

My favourite part of this property is the staff. It was my second time to stay at this hotel and the staff are the kindest that I have ever experienced in hospitality. They make you feel so welcome and are always smiling no matter what time of the day! The buffet food is incredible. It always tasted so fresh and delicious with amazing options. The staff work especially hard making sure all their guests are happy at breakfast, lunch and dinner. And finally...the hotel facilities are outstanding. The lobby bar is an oasis of relaxation and the beautiful gardens are so good for the soul...I feel rejuvenated after my 5 nights there!

The sun bed wars! I work in an airport so I'm used to starting work at 3am. I was expecting to enjoy a long rest in the mornings but instead I'd be charging down to the pool at 6am with our pool towels to claim our favourite spot. Even by 7am loads of hotel guests would have already claimed their sun bed for the day (and then they disappear off) by placing their towel over the sun bed. I felt if you can't beat them...join them! It's a shame that this is how it works as it's the only way to guarantee yourself a perfect spot by the pool.

La chambre etait plein de puces et d insectes. Surtout le soir

Hotel bien situé. Il y a beaucoup d'espace. Le personnel très serviable.

Le problème majeur est le bruit dans les couloirs. Le bruit des femmes de ménage et des passants.
