A very good hotel to spend a couple of days relaxing...breakfast wasn't up to the usual choice due to fewer customers but very adequate.

All good.

古いながら、生花を生けたり、公共の場所はいつも綺麗でした。 居室の水回りは古さが目立ちましたがバスタブも有り、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ベッドメイク等きちんとしていただけましたが、目につく角の所に誇りが舞っていて残念でした。

I didn’t stay in the hotel but attended meetings everyday for a couple of weeks in the Orchid Chiang Mai Hotel. The facilities are nice albeit on the older side. The staff were hospitable and quite helpful. There was a power outage for a while, so our friends who had rooms in the hotel were without power (lights & air con) for a couple of hours.

朝食の時間やキーケースが朝食券付きになっていることなど、初めて泊まる人にはわかりません。

The hotel and the room are quite old toilet is not too much clean and I request for one king bed but I got separate bed but that fine cuz they said they free upgraded to deluxe room that okay for me so, the staff was good when I checked out breakfast was not too bad they have many choices for Thai people and foreigners I like the Thai tea one!! Overall that okay with not expensive price and included breakfast and good location cuz you can walk around close to shopping mall and close to popular place that easy to visit!!! And another thing is really important when checking in the staff didn't inform anything but that fine I can asked!!!

Chinese group tourists are unacceptably noisy during nights and early mornings. I told front desk to do something for it and it worked only for 10 min. Facility is very old and dirty especially in the bathrooms. 団体中国人が大声で騒ぐので、うるさくてしょうがない。 安ホテルなので、廊下の音が部屋で丸聞こえなため、夜は廊下で大騒ぎが続けられ、早朝にツアーに出発する騒ぎで寝ていられない。 水回りは設備の古さもあり、とても汚い。

Staff at front desk have little authority to help guests. Their knee-jerk reaction is to ask for a fee. Or they have to call the manager. Something that the hotel has no control over is the loud clashing music from across the street at a restaurant hub. You NEED ear plugs. Pool is nice as is the lobby. Rooms are dated. There’s a kettle but no coffee or cups - symbolic of way hotel is run.

I killed more than 4 cockroaches in my room, and internet access is very inconvenient. We had to change ID and PW every location.

往時の風格を残すホテルです。施設の経年劣化はありますが、費用対効果を考えると十分です。現在、朝食会場のレストランが改装中で、地階の宴会場を利用しています。団体さんと一緒になると混乱しますが、時間をずれせればゆっくりと朝食を頂けます。スタッフは親切です。
