Good value for money

well placed, cozy room, kind staff

a bit old, checking issue. I was told 2pm but it was 3pm a constant noise, maybe due to the A/C (not the one in the room)

It was accessible to general public transport. We didn't really need to take Grab or a Taxi all the time.

Utensils within the rooms would have been nice. Coffee would also have been nice to offer.

The mattress was ok

This hotel needs urgent renovation everywhere. Some 20 years ago it must have been a fantastic 4 star hotels. Since then it looks the inventory has not changed, nor renovated. Very disappointed!

it was a good location for what I had to do in the city. The equipment in the gym is well maintained and the water in the swimming pool is now clean. The price currently is very low

This hotel was once the finest in the city but presently it is coasting on the old infrastructure. My only serious complaint is that the mattress is old and sagging.

Everything is original and old never been updated The mall next door and many shops nearby are closed and the street is dead 7-11 is only across the street The gym has no air con The eggs at breakfast are cold, the fruit and salad always had hundreds of fruit flies, the toaster needs to run 3 times to toast the bread The water in the shower only gets warm not hot, the shower head very little water pressure, the sink in the bathroom did not drain The staff is very nice and friendly. The front desk is useless. Unfortunately I stayed for 13 days. I complained about the bathroom 5 times and nothing happened
