Phowadol Resort

Booked this resort for 3 weeks over the holiday season…. Pricing was very much something I was looking for. ฿60,300.00 for 23 nights.. for a deluxe cottage. The place needs to be cleaned up, and rejuvenated…. Staff is eager to please, with the limited resources they have on site. This place caters more to the tour buses that only stay overnight. Breakfast is very basic…. And if you are looking for eggs that are still hot, you better get up at 6am…. They do not keep them on reheat. Room service is adequate, Cottages are Okay, but would require some clean up/paint. Hot water in cottages in the morning can be lacking…. If you are passing thru, 1 or 2 nights…. I can say do it…. But if you are doing an extended stay, here…. Please avoid….

The resort was quiet and room was nice and big.

I felt things could be maintained better. Shower have very low pressure and I felt the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was black in some of the grout, and mosquito net on the window was very dusty. Our duvet was too small for the bed, so eventually asked for another so my husband and I weren't pulling at a small duvet. Not the best texture of fabric for the sheets we've had in Thailand. Gardens where pretty but lacked refinement. Leaves should be raked everyday to make things look tidyer even in winter. Some of the walls around the grounds needed a power hose to clean, and some weeding needs to be down to make the garden look better.

Fish in the river outside rooms. Nice trees and vegetation.

Pool didn’t appear very clean, didn’t want to put head under. Breakfast not good.

Only my comments is should be clean up surrounding areas and water lagoon. More lights outside of bangrow.

The pool and our second room. Staff were very kind and nice. Found a mouldy plate in our room and we told them and they moved us straight away into a new room.

Was a bit unclean and the spa/massage area looked like it hasn’t been in use for ages.

I understand the hotel went trough a lot with those floods but the rooms should be updated and cleaner a bit, breakfast poor

La verdad en las fotos esta muy bonito pero la realidad es otra parece que llego un tornado todo descudado el hotel no le han metido dinero muchas cosas no funcionan la habitación no esta mal pero no se parece en nada a las fotos eses fotos fueron cuando era nuevo
