Sea and Sand Hotel

Very affordable and close to the beach as well as great food. We've been to Da Nang, Hanoi and Saigon and some best food we had in our entire trip are the next door shops to this hotel.

Good location to beach, comfortable stay - friendly staff. Nice choice 3 for breakfast. A lovely start to my day.

Great location and very comfy bed.

When I woke up the aircon had been leaking and made the floor all wet and slippery. The bathroom shower head didn’t reach to fit on the wall hold so I had to shower and wash my hair holding the shower head in my hand. Bathroom was dirty. We also had a smart tv but nothing worked on it.

The location was good for us 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to Hoi an old town where it's much busier with all the markets etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, Nice size room with balcony, comfortable bed and value for money.

There was only one bedside unit, we struggled to regulate the temperature on the shower and no shower curtain or angle on the shower head so the water went all over the flour.

Good room for the price. Very helpful and friendly staff One minute walk away from the Beach I had a bath in my room. And there was enough warm water to fill it I had a balcony which was great

room 409 is on the top floor and faces the river. so the scooter noise is low. one block from Cua Dai beach

there was a mosquito in my room once. I was woken up every day at 5am by market preparation noises the hotel next door was renovating and also made a lot of noise there was a strange smell (which I realized later may be related to insects) the day after I left I woke up with insect bites. It is possible that the bites came from this hotel and appeared afterwards (this can happen).

room 302. nice balcony. sunny. one block from beach. many restaurants and laundromats nearby 25kk vnd ($1 usd) per kilo. my full load is four kilos
