Sea and Sand Hotel

Staff were helpful and balcony was nice. Hired a bike from hotel which was quick and easy.

Not much to do around it.

Clean rooms with daily cleaning and very nice staff! It' right next to the beach and about 15min to the old town with the bicycle or 10min with the scooter.

Kind of old facilities, loud street noises

Very cheap location near the beach (3 minute walk). Not always that easy to find a Grab for a ride to the old town as the location is less busy and roughly 5 km away from the city centre. The hotel was not clean, it is not that bad that you can not stay there but I would next time search for another hotel. We got no fresh towels, the mattresses and sheets were stained and damp, and really hard for my taste. The room was quite humid and the bathroom was really dirty. We showered and the floor became black from dirt. The street sellers try’s to scam tourists for instance the prices for scooter rental are way too high.

Location

It was in a great location, right beside Cua Dai beach and not far from An Bang Beach. Hoi An old town was only 10 minutes on a scooter. The hotel worked perfectly for us and it was very reasonably priced.

I can't say I didn't like much to be honest. Maybe it's not for everyone but it worked perfect for me and I'm usually picky.

Room with balcony was really good value for money. Mattress was comfortable, wi-fi and air-con was good.
