Don't book a superior room unless you wish to experience staying in a jail cell. they are basic rooms without any outside views as the windows open up to face a high blank wall. Limited access to the rooms and no external space provided. All in all very disappointing accommodation, even down to the wet room, as everything gets very wet when you use the shower, which is for some unknown reason positioned in the centre of the bathroom. However the deluxe rooms are very nice and have an external balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. These are what you would expect from Expedia as they are exactly as shown in the brochure.

The hotel is pretty good if you want some luxury right in the center of Pai, nice and big bathrooms and a great pool. The service is really good!

Het zijn erg leuke huisjes. Wij verbleven in een huisje met een bad buiten waar je in de avond heerlijk in kan gaan zitten! Het huisje was schoon, de badkamer ziet er meer dan prima uit en de regendouche was heerlijk! Het zwembad is prima. Het verblijf is op loopafstand naar de drukke straat, als je niet wil lopen kan je jezelf ook gratis af laten zetten door het personeel. Zeker een prima verblijf dus!

雨の日でしたが、入り口に置いた靴がびしょ濡れになりました。玄関の雨除けが不十分です。ああいう施設コンセプトなら、室内に下駄箱を置くのが常識です。それが一流のレベルです。悪いホテルではありませんでしたが、経営視点としてはまだまだですね。 それから、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎです。

De ligging, dicht bij het centrum van Pai en toch rustig. De restaurantservice was rond lunchtijd heel matig. Langzaam en beperkte keuze. De badkamer was erg basic gezien de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Bij de boeking werd er gewag gemaakt van een inbegrepen "oudejaars-gala-party". Op de dag voor songkran (THais nieuwjaar) bleek men in het hotel van niets te weten. Pas bij benadering van de manager kwam er duidelijkheid. "Het had betrekking op de party van oudjaar 2019".!!! Zo lang konden we echter niet blijven. Waarom Expedia dit in onze boeking heeft opgenomen is mij een raadsel. Zonder dit evenement kwam de prijs voor ons verblijf aanzienlijk hoger te liggen.
