המקום הכי סבבה שיש לפאי להציע, המלון, הבריכה והחדרים נראים טוב יש גם הסעה למרכז מהמלון בכל שעה שתבקשו והצוות אכן שירותי ואדיב. אך יחד עם זאת, הבריכה קפואה ברמה שזה סבל להכנס אליה, מהשירותים בלילה יוצא ריח של ביוב, כשהמנקות מסדרןת את החדר הם כנראה משאירות את הדלת פתוחה ונכנסים מלא יתושים לחדר והארוחת בוקר לא מזמינה בכלל.

Not a good stay. The reception staff were rude and not interested in anything we asked The room was not clean. The curtains were ripped and didn’t close properly. The safe only worked putting in the numbers 1234. The only light next to my bed didn’t work, they came to look at it and he said oh will fix it tomorrow. Not acceptable I asked him to change the bulb and it worked. Why could he not have done this straight away. The door to the room didn’t lock properly. We had paid for two nights but only stayed one. Much nice hotels in Pai for the same money

VERY GOOD HOTEL

Great stay, very happy with everything. The staff was nice, the room was clean and had good air conditioning, the pool was very nice. The only detail was that the restaurant serves guests at the pool but never cleaned up after them so dirty dishes and leftover food sat beside the pool for hours on end.

So nice! This place was a dream after an unpleasant experience elsewhere. From check in, to settling into our room, to the pool, everything was wonderful. There were little to no vegan options at the restaurant and only fruit at breakfast but at least there was that. The resort was very clean and the staff very kind. We loved using the complimentary bikes and appreciated the complimentary taxi into town upon our departure. We will definitely come back to Pai and won’t think of staying anywhere else! Thank you!

Reception wouldn’t help with anything. Tried to charge me for laundry bag I didn’t have. Don’t go here.

I had booked this hotel in the past for my retreat group and had a great experience. However, this trip was different, and I'm very upset. There was a drop down list on the reservation page on Hotels.com to choose 2 TWINS or 1 QUEEN. Because I had a retreat group with guests who were not couples and did not want to share a bed, I booked many of my rooms with TWIN BEDS. My reservation clearly showed this. When we showed up to check in the first night, the hotel informed me that they did not have the TWIN bed rooms available and that my guests would have to share a bed. They were NOT happy about this! I proceeded to try to learn what the problem was, and they said another group came before ours and they gave the rooms to them. When trouble shooting, they were not helpful, and wanted to charge us for bringing extra beds into the rooms. It resulted in one of my students booking another room at full price just to make the group calm down. The challenge is that the staff wasn't helpful, and wanted to keep charging us for their mistake. Also, not sure if Hotels.com knows that they hotel isn't able to live up to the desc of rooms that the hotel offers. I'll talk with Hotels.com when I get home and see about it. Otherwise it's great. But I hesitate booking there again without the guarantee or room types.

Wij hadden de pech om in de kamers 1b en 1c te zitten.Deze liggen in een gangetje en het raam kijkt uit op een blinde muur op een afstand van ca.1.5 m. De telefoon en het kluisje deden het niet en ondanks 2x naar receptie lopen hiervoor werd er niets aan gedaan.De koffie was alleen koud te krijgen bij het ontbijt dat verder ook weinig voorstelde.We hebben ook bijna een uur moeten wachten op de door het hotel voor ons bestelde taxi.

very cost effective. I think the only choice in railay. room is not sound proof though. I woke up listening to next door phone ringing. My friends stayed at railay village resort right next to us, so i've been to their rooms, but i'd rather stay in ours. nice pool,

第二次住這裡了，整體而言似乎有不如從前的感覺。 優點: 1.漂亮的大環境，游泳池 2.還算有風味的建築 3.離市區近但是又不會很多人 缺點 1.房屋整潔並沒有做好，很多地方都還是有灰塵，泳池裡面也都是落葉 2.隔音並沒有做很好，附近早上都會有雞叫那些 3.掛水龍頭的配件是壞掉的，浴缸的放水設備也有問題 4.大浴池的房型，放水速度非常慢
