Big and comfortable bedroom. Good breakfast.

Wifi signal in bedroom is very weak. Jacuzzi and water beds in the swimming pool were broken down. Lack of maintenance of the building with damaged furtiniture, walls and smudged painting. Front desk personnel need training on customer service and English, they were checking their phone and texting in the middle of the conversation with the guests; some staff spoke little English and were awkwardly asking 'where are you going' whenever they saw you.

"the beach heights motel is a great budget place to stay."

we loved the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and the shops. although the pool showed signs of age it was roomy and well maintained. the staff were always going that extra step to help.

Rundown place, probably due to covid not much maintenance, breakfast is a total joke 2 years ago was much better, but we are happy they survived, not many did
