Location is ok Alot of pools

Very very weak wifi. Was staying in a deluxe room 2621 but WiFi was horrible Same for breakfast: no variation and poor seleccion. Pick up from airport was not there. My visacard didn t work on their machine and they put the blame on the card Not enough soap

hotel itself looks lovely, staff were very understanding, room was nice and even had a drying rack for clothes. near some stunning beaches.

they were very short staffed and consequently did not have our room ready for us at check in time. 2 hours later we were finally showed to our room. a little bit of a shame as we were only there for one night so wanted to make the most of it not waiting around, however the staff gave us complimentary breakfast and a drink as an apology so we appreciated that. breakfast was okay, not too much choice.

Property is severely run down, however rooms were adequately clean, good thing is location.

Staff weren’t helpful at all, booked for a family and only provided with 2 towels. Was told we wouldn’t get any extra towels for the baby and to just share… very disappointing experience
