The Beach Boutique House

The pool was absolutely terrible and a health hazard. Tiles missing throughout the pool. Pool had not been cleaned, fungus and green moled all round. Children's paddling pool closed off, it was a health hazard. The standard of cleaning with in the bedrooms was very poor. Breakfast was very very average.

The location was good and nice

The bathroom cleaning and in general room cleaning.

The location is near both Kata and Karon beach. The staff was nice, you got two free bottles of water every day.

The room was not as nice as in the photos, it smelt like mold and the curtain was broken, other rooms had two curtains, a white one so light could come in without the neighbours seeing you (who were less than 2 metres away) and a coloured opaque one to make the room darker. We only had one and it was broken so light always came in and we couldn't leave it open as the neighbours could see us. We booked a 9-night stay so they could have given us a room that was in better condition, like the ones they show in the description. Our room was 1332, that's the only one they don't show inside. The TV was broken when we entered the room, but it was changed one day later. The balcony was dirty. The hotel facilities say there is a lift, but that is incorrect at least in the boutique building there is no lift. The swimming pool has green mold and it was dirty. It seems like the hotel needs a general renovation.

This hotel is situated in a quiet street in kata Only a very short walk to the beach & all the bars & restaurants.. also a great little cocktail bus just outside! The hotel itself provided a comfortable stay … Positives * location .. close to beach * rooms cleaned daily *good wifi *gym Negatives *mediocre breakfast * short staffed pool bar not open until 5 you must use the cafe over the road for drinks * no hand soap provided in room!!! * staff were friendly enough but didn’t feel they went above & beyond to make the holiday ( you would be lucky if anybody was ever around! ) All in all an okay hotel but probably would nit stay again as I’m sure there are better options available

För det första var våra rum dubbelbokade så vi skulle få ett annat i 2 nätter. Blev hänvisade ett ca 500 bort vilket visade sig när vi kom dit var ett skyffe. 3 tr upp utan hiss?? Frukosten var inte internationell. Baren vid poolen inte öppen. Lunch- o restaurang existerade inte. Dåligt med barnpooler. Inget hotell jag skulle rekommendera.
