Good location, close to facilities, beach and markets. Comfortable room with relaxing swimming pool Malfunction with the aircon during the say, got looked after with a room upgrade Good breakfast with welcoming staff. Reception staff welcoming, friendly and helpful

Booked hotel room through booking.com based on images shown online. When we checked in, the porter took us through the hotel, across a car park and into a separate block of apartments. There was no lift and we were on top floor. The apartment was a tacky two bed family setup. Absolutely disgusted and refused to take the room on the grounds of false advertising … utter disgrace !

The hotel was full of problems. Here are some of them. 1. There are 3 pools in the hotel complex. Main pool was only one "usable". Some parts of the main pool fell apart and some parts were closed because they were destroyed. With comparison to other pools, this one was the best. Other 2 pools which were at the back of the area are in terrible condition. They fell apart totally and water was dirty. 2. Hotel staf absolutely did not care about customers. When we were leaving the hotel they wanted us to pay for broken glass which we didn't break. They absoltely don't listen to me and start shouting at me in the main hall to pay for damage. The lady at the reception was really unpleasant and rude. 3. Breakfast was really bad. There was only a small selection of food and most of the food tasted bad. Everthing feels very cheap. Restaurant staf did not clean tables after other people much and tables are dirty all the time.

Ideally well located, The hotel is far enough from the center in order to be quite (5mn by walk) and close enough in order to be quickly in the nightlife and for the restaurants. The beach is 15/20mn by walk and the way to reach it is very easy. All the staff is very kind and very helpfull

it’s close to the beach, night market and pharmacy. you have all you need close to the hotel

a bit far from central festival and getting to the airport can be tricky because it can take up to 3 hours when the traffic is bad

Where to start? Blasting music and bass from outside preventing you to sleep? Check. Rude staff on reception providing no option to bring 30kg suitcase on 3rd floor by STAIRCASE, but offering me to haul it myself?! Check. No elevators! Overall room quality and feeling of 30-years-no-renewal 2star business hotel? Rust, bended wood and falling paint included? Check. Price of a good 4 star hotel? Check. It's crowded with people from a certain country waging war with Ukraine, that has no other place to go, inflating the prices sky-high. Avoid until price falls to the level of quality it provides.
