UYNada, nos quedamos por no encontramos donde irnos
Llegamos y no había habitaciones disponibles (teníamos nuestra reserva confirmada hacia 5 meses) Nos ubicación en una habitación en remodelación, con piso sucio hasta de pintura con mucha humedad. Al día siguiente tuvimos que esperar hasta las 13hs, nos dieron una habitación más económica que la que pagamos, nunca tuvimos la vista al mar. Pero lo peor fue que no tenían toallas limpias y no limpiaron la habitación durante 3 días. Se acumulaba la mugre en los pasillos. Quisimos que nos devuelvan la diferencia de dinero y la persona nos tomó el pelo, nos dejó hablando solos y dijo cancela. En nuestra estancia vimos que esto le pasaba a otra personas, no consideran o valoran las reservas por booking.

Receptionist was horrible, shouting and being rude. Very dismissive and didn’t want to help. No apologies
