Rummen var inte enligt bilderna, syns direkt att det är AI-redigerat. Golven hade sprickor i sig, sängen var delvis trasig, det var damm på ovansidan av sängen, balkongdörrarna gick inte att stänga. Man hör trafiken in till rummet och man hör även andra gäster och personal i korridoren. Det står på hemsidan att incheckningen är 14.00, men vi fick checka in efter 16.00 för att personalen mitt under städningen plötsligt skulle åka iväg och äta. När vi kom in till rummet så doftade det oerhört stark av doftspray så det inte gick att andas inne på rummet.

Când am ajuns la hotel pentru a face check-in ni sa comunicat ca nu au camere libere (ținând cont ca aveam booking de pe 20 septembrie și check-in era pe 25 decembrie). În această situație erau încă 4 clienți care nu aveau camere.
DEIch hatte das Hotel für 4 Wochen gebucht, in der Zeit hatte ich 2 mal Zimmer Pflege. Auf die besagten Mängel wie das ,das Badezimmer Unterwasser steht wenn man duschen geht oder nur den Wasserhahn aufdreht wurde nicht reagiert. Müll stand vor meinem Zimmer und wurde nicht entsorgt. Alles im ganzen habe ich noch nie so einen schlechten Service in Thailand gehabt. Ich rate jeden davon ab dort einzuschicken.

I went to the hotel on 25th December 2026. Because I had booing on that day. But receptionist told me they fully booked. None of the room is available. I travelled from abroad with a little boy and wife don't know anything or anyone. I had to go somewhere. They told to go next so I went dar on 28th December stayed there one day. It's very frustrating booked something in advance and when u get there they saying no room is available.

Turned up 10pm on 23rd after booking for 9 day period over Xmas and the owner wouldn’t come down and talk to any guests waiting in the reception saying he was having dinner then only to find out he has a full hotel and no rooms available. Families with kids were in the same situation
