The Vila was stunning, specious and quiet

My 4th visit. I think what sets Trisara apart is their staff. From House Keeping, to the Pool maintenance cleaning staff, FOH, they're all wonderful, efficient and approachable and make you feel as though nothing is too big an ask. Expensive but worth every penny. Villa amazing, pool amazing, food amazing, vistas amazing. I can't fault it. No down side, apart from the noise of kids at beach area and main pool, so if you're a solo traveller, it can be... "distracting". I'm already looking at scheduling my next visit! Thank you Trisara for much needed R&R after the personally challenging year I've had. I highly recommend Trisara.

From our escorted check I. to escorted check out everything was perfect. Our Villa was comfortable and spotless. We loved the choice of in or outdoor shower. The gym was great and I windsurfed and paddle boarded in beautiful warm clear water. Had dinner at Pru..excellent. Room service was also great

Simply the best experience we have enjoyed. Our last best experience was the Bulgari in Dubai but Trisara was better. From check in to the escort through the airport on departure everything was flawless.

I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their clients anywhere. First, I mistakenly booked a villa in this hotel and they immediately withdrew money from my card. After that, I tried to cancel my reservation, but I was denied. After that, my family and I decided to come to this hotel anyway, because they wrote off about 7 thousand dollars from my card. I started writing and asking about meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel, to which I received no answer. I continued writing for several more days in a row and also received no answer. The day before arrival, I received a message from the hotel asking me to indicate what flight and when we would arrive. I indicated all the details, flight time, passenger names, etc. When we arrived, unfortunately, no one met us or contacted us. We took a taxi and went to this hotel ourselves. When checking in, no one really apologized to us.

Outstanding: “fantastic atmosphere, brilliant restaurants, beautiful architecture and area. Attention to service is second to none” But also expensive place to stay.

This hotel is simply the best in Thailand (and one of the top in the world), and this is coming from somebody who has stayed at dozens of resorts in Thailand including Amanpuri, Rosewood, Ritz Carlton in Krabi, Four Seasons, etc. Why? Because of a variety of factors. First, the villas are in their own league. While other hotels have private pools and villas, they are stacked on each other, so you hear your neighbors, sometimes see them, etc. Not at Trisara, where you truly feel like you are at a private residence. The private villa pools are the largest I've ever seen at a resort anywhere in the world including Cabo, Bali (just stayed at Raffles Bali), Langkawi, etc. The interior decor is very Thai but in a clean, modern way, just enough Thai to make it feel extremely authentic but not over the top. And while the interior size is very impressive, its the outdoors of each villa/room that really makes this hotel shine. Second, the service is exemplary. Everyone will know your name, offer to get you buggy service, remember what you liked at your meals or what table you preferred. This points to a resort/hotel that is being run exceptionally well, and in this case Jeremy Harris, the manager, does an outstanding job. You'll see him around the hotel greeting guests and making sure everything is run top notch.
