I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Location was not ideal but fair.

The swimming pool was tiny and away from the hotel. The gym is outsourced to a private operator and though accessible was crowded! The hotel lobby is infested with flies. My room was not cleaned, on my second night! No complimentary gifts, no welcome drink offered. No hand towels in the room. How can this be a 4 star hotel?

"Best to self drive to explore Ipoh"

Spacious room. Those who drive, hotel can assist to buy daily city parking at RM4 per day through parking Apps. 15 mins to airport and city centre. Best to drive to explore Ipoh.

No face towel. Bed and pillow on the soft side. Room run parellel to main road so expect ocassion traffic noise. Short of parking lots if there is seminar. No direct lift from carpark to lobby. There isn't any shops within 1km radius.
